Review Policy

SORRY! Shelf of a Bookworm is NOT accepting any review requests at the moment. Come back next time!

Dear authors or publishers,

I would love and be honored to review your work(s), so if you want them to be reviewed by Shelf of a Bookworm, here are numerous things that you should know:

  1. I’m always willing to read books that fall under in any genre BUT erotica (I’m sorry!), but mostly I read fantasy, mythology, contemporary, realistic and science fiction, and biographymemoir or autobiography.
  2. The kind of books that I mostly read are Middle Grade and Young Adult books, but I’m also giving a big and warm welcoming hug to Children’s books.
  3. I accept both hard copy or soft copy formats for both finished copies and advanced reader copies (ARCs). For soft copy formats, I mostly accept .PDF, .EPUB, and .MOBI.
  4. An honest review is definitely expected, but I wouldn’t be too harsh if I didn’t enjoy some parts or even the whole book. Don’t worry!
  5. It would take me days until weeks to post my book review; however, if my schedule gets too tight (usually because of school), it would probably take longer.
  6. Other than in this blog, I would be posting my book review in my Goodreads account and promoting through Twitter.
  7. I WILL respond to every review request even if I’m not interested, but like what I said: I’m always willing to read any books, as you may refer to number 1.
  8. Independent authors are welcome in my book blogging doorstep. Let me help you!

Are you done? Do you understand what is written above? I hope so! Do you really want me to review your work(s)? If yes, click here to proceed and fill out your contact form.

Thank you for entrusting me! It means a lot.
